| 摘 要： | 文章以"人-机-环境"安全模式为基础,从领导与管理体系建立、意识、生理状态、人-人及人-机信息沟通、风险辨识、程序设计与应急等层面对安全引航进行了研究,提出了引航员质疑式主动安全法,对假定风险或征兆进行辨识与处置,并运用大型船舶操纵模拟器进行验证,取得了较好的效果。

| Abstract: | This article,based on＂Man-Machine-Environment＂security model,studies pilotage from the angles of leadership,management system,consciousness,physiological status,human-human and human-machine communication,risk identification,programming as well as meeting emergencies.In addition,it puts forward the active safety law for risk identification and disposal as well as applies the ship handling simulator to its verification. |
