FPSO舷侧纵骨疲劳分析

摘    要:文章以DNV在奥斯陆结构试验室所做全尺寸FPSO舷侧纵骨模型的试验为基础,通过MSC.Patran建立FP-SO舷侧结构有限元模型,再应用MSC.Nastran进行结构分析,得出应力和应变的结果,并采用MSC.Fatigue软件进行S-N方法以及疲劳裂纹扩展的寿命分析。通过与试验实测应力值的对比分析可知,实验数据与有限元分析数据基本吻合。

Abstract:On the basis of the experiment of the full-size FPSO side longitudinal model by DNV in Oslo Structural Laboratory,this article makes an attempt to construct the finite element model through MSC.Patran as well as apply MSC.Patran to the structural analysis,S-N analysis and fatigue crack growth,which indicates that the experimental data is consistent with the data of the finite element analysis.
