铁路通用便梁(B型梁)通车试验与分析

摘    要:介绍铁路通用便梁(B型梁)的通车静载和动载试验情 况,对便梁的动应力、冲击系数及动挠度等指标与理论计算值进 行比较,实测值与理论值基本吻合,且校验系数均小于1,验证了 设计的正确性;此外,振动测试探索了便梁在不同行车条件下的 横向刚度和安全性,结果显示便梁横向刚度不足,需进一步改进 横梁与主梁的连接,增加便梁的横向刚度,确保行车安全。

Abstract:An introduction is given to dead load and live load test of railway universal beam (type B). The comparison made between the measured and theoretical computed values with respect to dynamic stress, percussion coefficient, and dynamic deflection, etc, indicates good coincidence. Vibration test shows inadequate lateral rigidity, which should be improved to ensure operation safety.
