| 摘 要： | 大学生找个工作并不难,难的是找一个理想的工作。大学生频繁跳槽已经成为用人单位的心病,这样不仅浪费了昂贵的企业人力培养资源,更有可能将企业的业务关系或管理方法这些机密外泄。本文旨在运用马斯洛的需求层次理论对刚毕业初涉职场的大学生的就业需求进行分析。
