弹簧表面裂纹应力强度因子有限元分析

摘    要:机车车辆弹簧表面都或多或少存在着一些裂纹,目的是为了定量描述裂纹对弹簧的影响规律。运用有限元分析软件,采用20节点单元、裂纹前缘单元采用1/4节点单元,对弹簧施加不同载荷以及改变裂纹的长度和深度进行求解,从而得到各裂纹前缘的应力强度因子。计算并分析了弹簧表面裂纹深度、长度同应力强度因子之间的关系。

Abstract:The springs' surface of vehicle has some cracks more or less,so the purpose of this text is to describe the rules that cracks have an affect on spring.In the paper,Finite Element Analysis Software is employed,20 nodes element is adopted in the analysis and 1/4 nodes element is introduced to analyze the front of cracks.By means of applying different load and changing the length and depth of the crack,the stress intensity factor of the cracks' front can be obtained.Calculate and analyse the relationship between stress intensity factor and the depth and length of cracks.
