| Abstract: | Human resources are the most valuable resources. It has been never more important than today in the development of socioeconomic development as the core element factor. It is the core of enterprise management today that optimizing model and system of human resources management. This paper discussed six module of human resources management, also represented human resources management of highway construction enterprise from the respect of experience. |
