温度对汽车外饰压敏胶零件黏贴性能的影响研究

摘    要:研究了温度对汽车外饰压敏胶零件黏贴性能的影响。包括压敏胶剥离实验、带胶字牌的剥离实验和带胶字牌的浸润率实验。实验结果表明温度对压敏胶剥离力本身呈现线性关系,但影响粘接力较小;对产品层面,受产品形状影响,温度对带胶产品的剥离力没有明显关系,对于浸润率影响更小。

Abstract:The influence of temperature on the adhesion properties of automotive exterior pressure sensitive adhesives was studied. It includes pressure sensitive adhesive peel test, peel test with exterior part and wet-out test with exterior part. The experimental results show that temperature has a linear relationship with the peeling force of PSA, but it has little influence on the adhesive force. For the product level, the product shape does not significantly affect the peeling force of PSA, and the influence of temperature on the wettability is less. In the cold winter environment, the sticking performance can be guaranteed by keeping the actual installation environment temperature above 0 degree(℃) to room temperature range.
