汽车传动轴高频啸音NVH问题研究与解决

摘    要:噪声、振动和舒适性,即NVH(N-noise,V-vibration,H-Harshness),是衡量汽车制造质量的一个综合指标,影响着汽车乘坐舒适性,也成为各大汽车商家竞争的标尺,特别是对于高端乘用车,顾客对车内噪声要求更是到了苛刻的地步。实践证明,汽车上几乎所有的子系统都与NVH问题紧密联系。作者所在的汽车企业对于NVH问题尤为关注,质量部门在日常考核中时有发现各类噪音,振动,舒适性等问题,在与德国同款车型对比后,存在共性及中国独有问题。如变速箱相关噪音问题多为共性问题,传动轴及半轴类问题多为中国独有问题。此类问题对车型的销售及车型品牌造成了不良影响,因此必须分析此类问题产生的原因并制定合适的措施,尽可能消除或阻隔此类噪音,彻底解决问题。为此,文章系统研究了NVH类噪音问题发现及解决机理,从消除振动与噪声产生的根源出发,采用隔振及优化机械结构的方法有效解决了NVH问题,避免了重新设计所需要的高成本,并在最短时间内在市场体现,有效改善了客户满意度,提升了产品品质。后文将结合传动轴高频啸音的实际案例详细阐述问题解决过程及优化方案。

Research and Solution on High Frequency Howling NVH of Automobile Transmission Shaft

Abstract:Noise,vibration,and comfort,namely NVH(N-noise,V-vibration,H-Harshness),is a comprehensive indicator of the quality of automobile manufacturing,which affects the comfort of automobile rides,and has also become a competition among major automobile manufacturers The ruler,especially for high-end passenger cars,customers have demanding noise requirements.Practice has proved that almost all subsystems in cars are closely related to the NVH problem.The automotive company where the author is located is particularly concerned about NVH issues.The quality department found various noise,vibration,and comfort issues during daily assessment.After comparing with the same models in Germany,there are common issues and unique issues in China.For example,gearbox-related noise problems are mostly common problems,and transmission shaft and axle shaft problems are mostly unique to China.Such problems have adversely affected the sales of vehicle models and vehicle brand.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the causes of such problems and formulate appropriate measures to eliminate or block such noise as much as possible and solve the problem thoroughly.For this reason,the article systematically studies the NVH noise problem discovery and resolution mechanism.Starting from eliminating the root cause of vibration and noise,the method of vibration isolation and mechanical structure optimization effectively solves the NVH problem and avoids the high cost of redesign,And reflected in the market in the shortest time,effectively improving customer satisfaction and product quality.The following will elaborate the problem solving process and optimization scheme in combination with the actual case of high frequency howling of the drive shaft.
