摘 要: | 文章以两级平行轴加一级行星结构的增速齿轮箱为研究对象,通过SOLIDWORKS进行三维建模,对两级定轴斜齿轮进行受力分析,计算圆周力和齿面法力,以及最恶加载面的载荷,最后通过ANSYS进行有限元分析,对高速小齿轮2和4进行有限元分析,验证了齿轮强度符合设计要求。

Abstract: | This paper takes the increasing gear box with a one-stage planet and a two-stage parallel shaft structure as the research object.Carry out 3 d modeling through SOLIDWORKS.The force analysis of two-stage fixed-shaft helical gear was carried out to calculate the circumference force,the normal force of tooth surface and the load of the worst loading surface.Finally,the finite element analysis was conducted through ANSYS.The finite element analysis of high speed pinion gear 2 and 4 verifies that the gear strength meets the design requirements. |
