电动助力转向器轴结构优化设计

摘    要:为对电动助力转向器轴结构进行优化设计,针对其工作特性,提出三种轴结构,分别对其进行三维建模,将模型导入ANSYS Workbench软件中进行有限元分析,分析结果显示,扁方四面轴结构的强度最高,即为最优结构。

Abstract:For optimization design of electric power steering shaft structure, in view of the shaft subassembly working characteristic, put forward three kinds of shaft structure, and three-dimensional modeling was carried out respectively, then, import the model to ANSYS Workbench software for finite element analysis, the analysis results show that flat square shaft structure has the highest strength, is the optimal structure.
