摘    要:汽车制造行业智能改造需求十分旺盛,中国的整体经济正处在转型升级的关键节点。生产过程中数据传输与采集覆盖整个制造现场,保证海量现场数据传输与采集的实时性、准确性和全面性非常重要。根据各大主机厂焊装车间的工艺、信息采集对象、频次的不同要求,结合RFID无线传输技术的优势,论述RFID技术在主机厂焊装车间车型识别和设备备件管理等方面的应用,通过RFID技术改良设备缺陷、降低设备故障率以及提升焊装车间自动化率。

On the Application of RFID Technology in Welding Workshop

Abstract:There is strong demand for intelligent transformation of automobile manufacturing industry. China’s overall economy is in the key node of transformation and upgrading. During the production process data transmission and collection cover the whole manufacturing site, so it is very important to ensure the real-time,accuracy and comprehensiveness of massive field data transmission and collection. According to the different requirements of process, information collection object and frequency of welding workshop in main engine plant, combined with the advantages of RFID wireless transmission technology, this paper discusses the application of RFID technology in vehicle identification and equipment spare parts management of welding workshop in main engine plant. Through RFID technology, equipment defect is improved, equipment failure rate is reduced and automation rate of welding workshop is improved.
