Trial Production Technology and die design of the inner door panel of a Type Of Vehicle

This paper mainly describes the simulation analysis of the stamping forming of the inner door panel of a type of vehicle with the help of Autoform software,the formulation of the trial production process plan and the design of the trial production drawing die,and the debugging and production of the stamping parts,and briefly describes the key points to be paid attention to in the process of the die design and the pressure test of the stamping parts.It not only accumulates the experience of trial production process development of stamping parts,but also provides the basis for later formal mold development,reducing the risk of formal mold development.
