| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了概念展车车身制作工艺及质量控制方法,阐述了基础车身改制的技术难点及解决方法,形成了一套有效的制作工艺流程和质量管控手段;通过在广汽集团多款概念展车上的实际应用效果,得到了充分的验证,该方法能够在短时间内、用较低的费用制作出满足强度、精度等技术要求的车身,可以为概念展车车身制作验证提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the production process and quality control method of the conceptual exhibition car body,expounds the technical difficulties and solutions of the restructuring of the basic body body,and forms a set of effective production process and quality control means.Through the practical application effect on several concept exhibition cars of gac group,it has been fully verified that the method can produce the body meeting the technical requirements of strength and precision in a short time and at a low cost,which can provide a reference for the production verification of concept exhibition car body. |
