植物油微乳化燃料燃烧特性研究

摘    要:在21世纪,石油紧缺与环境污染已然成为人类发展的两大威胁,成为人类急需解决的两大难题。柴油在其中扮演着重要的角色,并且柴油的燃烧会产生有害污染物,严重污染环境,所以寻找柴油替代物的任务重中之重。文章选用棕榈油为替代燃料,与柴油按照一定的体积比例进行掺混,配制PD30E10,PD30E30,PD50E10和PD50E30这四种微乳化燃料,其中P表示棕榈油,E表示0号柴油,E表示乙醇。在一台六缸CRDI柴油机上做发动机测试。在小负荷下测试了柴油,PD30E10,PD30E30,PD50E10和PD50E30这五种燃油的燃烧特性。经过对比发现,在小负荷下,柴油的缸压峰值都要高于微乳化燃料;在预喷射阶段,柴油的瞬时放热率峰值高于微乳化燃料,在主喷阶段,刚好相反,微乳化燃料高于柴油。

Study on combustion characteristics of vegetable oil microemulsified fuel

Abstract:In the 21 st century, oil shortage and environmental pollution have become two major threats to human development and two major problems urgently needed to be solved. Diesel plays an important role, and the combustion of diesel will produce harmful pollutants and seriously pollute the environment, so the task of finding diesel alternatives is the most important. In this paper, palm oil is selected as the alternative fuel and blended with diesel oil in accordance with a certain volume proportion to prepare PD30 E10, PD30 E30, PD50 E10 and PD50 E30, in which P stands for palm oil, E stands for no. 0 diesel and E stands for ethanol. Engine test on a six-cylinder CRDI diesel engine. The combustion characteristics of diesel, PD30 E10, PD30 E30, PD50 E10 and PD50 E30 were tested under small loads. It is found that the peak cylinder pressure of diesel is higher than that of micro-emulsified fuel under small load. In the pre-injection stage, the instantaneous heat release rate of diesel was higher than that of micro-emulsified fuel. In the main injection stage, on the contrary, micro-emulsified fuel was higher than that of diesel.
