摘 要: | 商用车前下部防护在汽车碰撞减轻乘员伤亡方面起到关键作用。文章以某商用车前下部防护为例,基于前下部防护碰撞法规,联合HYPERWORKS-LSDYNA软件建立了碰撞分析有限元模型,分析了该前下部防护碰撞性能。分析表明,该前下部防护碰撞性能符合法规、材料断裂延伸率要求,能量曲线也从侧面验证了仿真的可靠性与真实性。

Abstract: | The commercial vehicle front under protective device plays an important role in reducing the casualties of passengers in vehicle collision. This paper based on the Front Under Protective Devices regulation, established the finite element model of collision analysis with HYPERWORKS-LSDYNA software, has analyzed the front under protective devices collision performance in detail. The analysis shows that the collision performance of this front under protective devices confirms to the regulations、material fracture rate, the energy also verifies the reliability and authenticity of the simulation. |
