摘    要:针对某车型在33000公里综合可靠性耐久试验过程中,两台试验车前舱盖铰链加强板处均出现焊点开裂问题,文章主要从结构设计、缓冲块布置、焊点布置等方面进行分析排查,分析了前舱盖铰链加强板处出现焊点开裂的原因,并对现有的铰链加强板结构进行了优化、强度分析、一阶模态分析。最后,通过综合可靠性路试试验进一步验证,焊点开裂问题得到根本解决。

Improvement Plan of Hool Hinge Stiffener on a Passenger Car

Abstract:In the process of 33000km reliability testing of a certain vehicle type,the cracks of welding spots occurred in the hood hinge stiffeners of two test vehicles.This paper mainly analyzes and checks the structural design,buffer block layout,welding spot layout,etc.,gives the reasons for the cracks of welding spots in the hood hinge stiffeners,and optimizes the existing structure of hinge stiffeners Strength analysis,first-order modal analysis.Finally,through the reliability testing further verification,the problem of solder joint cracking has been fundamentally solved.
