| 摘 要： | 分析了目前轨道交通建设管理的主要问题；通过对建设管理总承包模式与施工总承包，设计施工总承包及项目管理之间的比较，介绍了建设管理模式的性质和特点；提出了在城市轨道交通建设中采用PM管理下的建设管理总承包模式及其相应改革的设想。

In light of the condition about the Mass-Transit's project management at present, the idea of adopting the CM approach under the PM and some reforms should be concerned. |
