利用冲击压实技术改建旧水泥混凝土路面结构

摘    要:通过G307石家庄市城建界-防洪堤段采用冲击压实技术对旧水泥混凝土路面进行改建的工程实践,总结了冲击压实施工的控制标准、检测指标以及施工质量的管理与验收等技术,对压实效果进行了详细的分析,表明冲击压实技术应用于旧水泥混凝土路面改造,可以很好地保证工程质量,既节约材料,又保护环境,有很好的经济和社会效益。

Utilizing the Technology of Percussive Rolling to Reform Old Cement Concrete Road Surface Structure

Abstract:Based on the practice of using percussive rolling technology to reform the old cement concrete road surface structure in the section between Shijiazhuang city boundary and flood control dam of G307, the control standard, inspection index, construction quality, management, check and acceptance of percussive rolling technology are summed up. The rolling effect is analyzed in detail. Analytical results show that the construction quality is ensured with the technology, not only save material, but also protect environment, economical and social benefits have been brought out.
