波纹钢腹板预应力混凝土组合箱梁施工技术

摘    要:结合三道河中桥工程实例,重点介绍了波纹钢腹板预应力混凝土组合箱梁波纹钢腹板安装,钢腹板间、与顶底板、与横隔板和端横梁的连接以及体外预应力施工等关键技术。实践证明,采用波纹钢腹板预应力混凝土组合箱梁不但能减轻预应力混凝土箱梁的重量,还可实行工厂化生产,达到简化工艺、节约材料用量、降低成本的目的,保证工程施工质量。三道河中桥的建设对于预应力混凝土组合箱梁的推广应用起到了积极促进作用。
