基于CFD混流泵内流场数值分析

摘    要:以混流泵为研究对象,运用CFD软件采用基于非结构网格的SIMPLE算法和标准的k-ε湍流模型对混流泵内的流场进行数值模拟.结果表明:运用CFD软件进行数值模拟的结果与试验结果是一致的,说明数值分析的结果是正确可靠的;通过对混流泵内部的流动速度、压力分布等分析揭示了混流泵内部的流动特性,并为混流泵的性能预测、优化设计提供理论依据.

Abstract:Taking mixed-flow pump as an investigation subject,a standard k-ε turbulence model and SIMPLE algorithm based on unstructured grid are applied to simulate numerically the interior flow field of mixed-pump by software CFD.The results indicates that the numerical simulation agrees with the experiment results,which reveals the main characteristics of the mixed-flow pump by analyzing the distribution of pressure and flow speed of mixed-flow pump,and provide the basis for the performance prediction and the optimization design of the mixed-flow pump.
