| Abstract: | In order to develop the transport at sea,exploit the marine resources,and promote modern construction of the Navy in China,it is necessary to speed up the development of high speed passenger transport at sea and quicken the tempo of developing high performance ships.From this point of view,the author gives some suggestions of Policy nature to policymaking departments for their reference. |
