摘    要:通过分析货车L-C组合制动梁在车辆上出现的各种严重问题,深入探讨L-C制动梁在设计与工艺方面具体存在的问题。提出了通过提高非工作态的预应力,来减小L-C制动梁在工作状态时交变的疲劳应力。同时,通过改变零件的配合类型,来提高制动梁在动载荷下的寿命。

Abstract:The paper deeply studies L- C brake beam of freight ear and finds some questions about it in the way of design and technique through analysis of the failure happened on L- C brake beam.It is suggested to increase pre- stress of L- C brake beam on the non- working time, which can further reduce stress on working time. Meanwhile, by changing the types of component matching the life of L- C brake can be increased on the condition of dynamic- load.
