| 摘 要： | 高职校企共建混合所有制二级学院已经成为高职教育创新发展的重要模式和平台,文中以工程机械运用技术专业为例从高职校企混合所有制二级学院建设师徒工作室的意义、师徒工作室人才培养模式、师徒工作室建设内容、师徒工作室管理制度、师徒工作室运营机制等方面论述了校企混合所有制二级学院背景下师徒工作室的建设问题。
