基于LabVIEW的转向架应力应变测试系统设计

摘    要:本文以LabVIEW为软件开发平台,结合相应的NI工控机及数据采集卡,完成了对应力应变信号数据的自动采集与处理,具有实时显示应变值、实时存储、数据处理等功能,使用灵活,可移植性好,性价比高。结果表明,采用NI计算机测试系统代替传统的应变仪,对应力应变信号实时数据采集与处理具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract:Based on LabVIEW,this paper combines corresponding NI industrial computer and DAQ card,completes stress strain signal data acquisition and processing automatically.It has real time storage,data processing and other functions.It has the advantages of flexibility using,portability and costly effective.It shows that using the NI computer testing replaces traditional strain measuring instrument,which has an important signification for stress and strain signal data acquisition and processing.
