电力机车空心轴架悬驱动装置公理设计分析

摘    要:运用公理设计理论的独立公理对SS9型机车空心轴—六连杆架悬式驱动装置和"Taurus"class高速电力机车空心轴六连杆架悬驱动制动装置进行分析,从功能与概念设计层面对电力机车架悬驱动装置的发展趋势进行了初步探讨。结果表明,上述两种驱动装置均为弱耦合设计,满足独立公理,公理设计理论能够给出该结构之所以能够历经考验的理论解释。本研究为如何获得空心轴连杆架悬驱动装置这种优良设计并不断推陈出新提供了方法学上的借鉴。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the hollow shaft and 6-linkage-mechanism composed bogie-mounted drive unit of type SS9 locomotive and "Taurus" class high speed electric locomotive respectively using the independence axiom of axiomatic design theory,and discusses the development trend of bogie-mounted drive unit in functional and concept design level.The analysis shows that the two kinds of bogie-mounted drive units mentioned above are decoupled designs and satisfy the independence axiom.This study provides a methodology reference for the improvement and innovative design of bogie-mounted drive unit.
