| 摘 要： | 文章基于ANSYS软件对200 km/h客运机车排障器进行强度分析,得出排障器原结构的薄弱位置,提出了设计改进方案并进行了强度分析,最后将仿真分析结果与试验结果进行对比分析,并验证了改进方案的结构合理性。

| Abstract: | Strength analysis based on ANSYS software for pilot on 200 km/h passenger locomotive is performed in this paper.By analyzing the strength analysis results,the weakened points of the structure are found and the improved design structure is obtained,then validate the validity of the improved design by contrasting the simulated result with the experimental result. |
