近日，发生在中美两国间的轮胎特保案是最引人关注的热点之一。其实，这项特保案只是“毛毛雨”。但是这却是一个危险的先例。如果贸易保护主义形成了“多米诺骨牌”效应，那么对我国经济的冲击影响将是滋事体大。本期时评《有限的范围有限的目标有限的贸易战》进行了适时而深入的评论。

Actually, tire special protectionist tariff case between U.S. and China is not a big deal. Our tire export volume to America in 2008 was $1.788 billion, accounting for 0.7% of the whole export value, which was $232.5 billion. Because of the financial crisis, tire export so far has reduced by 16% compared with the last year. However, this case could be a very dangerous signal, since possible domino effect is sure to have a great strike on domestic economy.
