船舶轴系校中工艺流程探究

摘    要:经过多方调研,提出了轴系校中的三步法,即以轴系校中为主线,对艉轴管、艉轴、螺旋桨、中间轴及主柴油机的安装及校中的整个工艺流程进行梳理,并对其施工条件和技术要求进行了探究.三步法有望缩减工时,提高生产效率,促进造船质量的提高.

Abstract:Confirmed by multi-disciplined research, a method of three-step for shaft alignment is proposed. The theory takes shaft alignment as the main thread and further analyses the construction conditions and technical requirements, which is based on the whole technological process of sorting out the installation and alignment the stern tube, propeller shaft, propeller, intermediate shaft and the main diesel engine. This method is expected to reduce working hours, increase productivity, and improve the quality of shipbuilding.
