克拉玛依重交通90#及其SBS改性沥青紫外线老化研究

摘    要:为了评价紫外线对沥青的影响,对克拉玛依重交通90#沥青和其SBS改性沥青采用紫外线加速老化试验,并利用红外光谱分析方法,研究不同老化时间对沥青特征官能团的影响.结果表明:沥青受紫外线老化时间越长变化越明显;基质沥青经老化240 h即达深度老化,其羰基和亚砜官能团吸收峰强度均达最大,随着老化的持续进行,沥青的羰基和亚砜官能团吸收峰强度变化趋于平缓;SBS改性沥青老化720 h,其亚砜官能团吸收峰强度趋于最大,持续老化至1 200 h,其羰基官能团吸收峰强度趋于平稳.表明加入SBS改性剂可以明显改善沥青的耐紫外线老化性能.

Abstract:In order to evaluate the impact of ultraviolet radiation on the asphalt,Kelamayi basic asphalt(AH90) and its SBS modified asphalt are subjected to the accelerating ageing of ultraviolet radiation.And the influence of different ageing times on characteristic functional groups is studied using IR spectra.The results show that the longer the ageing time,the greater the changes of their appearances.Basic asphalt gets obvious ageing and the changes of carbonyl absorbing peak and sulfoxide absorbing peak are remarkable after 240 hours of irradiation of ultraviolet.Whereas the sulfoxide absorbing peak of SBS modified asphalt is the highest after ageing for 720 hours,and the carbonyl absorbing peak is the highest after ageing for 1 200 hours.So the performance of anti ultraviolet for SBS modified asphalt is better than the basic asphalt.
