| 摘 要： | 针对道路交通安全越来越受到社会广泛关注,但是目前国内道路交通安全预防措施和方法研究却仍处于起步阶段的现实,通过对道路交通安全事故调查及其现状分析,并借鉴发达国家相关经验,阐述了如何逐步形成一整体套系统性的定性和定量分析方法,从而采用有效的道路交通安全预防和应对措施改善道路交通安全。

| Abstract: | The road traffic security is more and more widely concerned by the society.However,the study of road traffic security measures and methods in China is still at the starting stage.According to the security accident investigation and the status analysis of road traffic,and referring the relative experience of the developed countries,the article sets forth how to form an integrated systematically qualitative and quantitative analyzing method step by step so as to use the effective road traffic security prevention and countermeasures to improve the road traffic security. |
