摘    要:为实现公路隧道三维可视化设计,提升设计工作的质量和效率,研究了基于BIM技术的新型设计方式,建立隧道项目三维设计应用流程。首先,解决了部分三维设计技术难点,探索出公路隧道高精度三维设计的2种思路和流程,并对2种方案特点进行比较。其次,结合软件对隧道三维模型细节处理要点进行说明,并以实际项目为依托,验证该流程的可行性。最后,进行技术方案应用,包括工程量统计、实时围岩查询、设计方案比选、模拟分析、成果输出等。基于BIM技术的公路隧道三维设计能够较好的发挥BIM构件信息化的优势并表达设计意图,具有可行性。

Abstract:In order to realize 3D visual design of highway tunnel and improve the quality and efficiency of design work, a new design method based on BIM technology is studied and 3D design and application flow of tunnel project is established. (1) Some technical difficulties of 3D design are resolved and two schemes and flow of high precision 3D design of highway tunnel are explored and compared. (2) The key points of detail processing of tunnel 3D model are explained and the feasibility of the flow based on BIM is verified by application to actual project. (3) The application of technical scheme is carried out, including engineering quantity statistics, real time surrounding rock query, design scheme comparison, simulation analysis, results output, etc. 3D design of highway tunnel based on BIM technology is feasible, which can show the advantages of component information based on BIM and express the design intention.
