台湾地区高校校内学生申诉制度的研究与借鉴

根据2005年3月29日颁布的《普通高等学校学生管理规定》，我国一些高校已经在学生违纪处分中引入校内学生申诉制度，但是在实施过程中还存在一些问题。事实上，国外和中国台湾地区都有较为成熟的校内学生申诉制度或相似制度，如果能借鉴并且吸收这些先进的经验，对将来完善我国大陆地区的高校校内学生申诉制度是极为有益的。文中通过对台湾高校校内学生申诉制度的深入分析，评析其制度设计的合理之处。

Research on the College Students' Complaint System in Campus in Taiwan
