电动汽车电机轴断裂的有限元分析

摘    要:针对一辆电动汽车样车在试车过程中出现的电动机断轴事故,依据其失效模式用有限元方法分析其失效原因,通过静强度计算、模态分析、转子动力学分析等工作,评估失效原因可能是电动机转速超速而产生扭转共振和弯曲共振导致电动机轴断裂,排除了结构设计和零部件质量等因素。基于分析结果,在电动机控制软件中加入防止超速的控制策略,在后续可靠性试验和售后市场中再未出现此类失效。

Finite Element Analysis of Electric Vehicle Motor Shaft Broken
Abstract:Aiming at the motor shaft breaking failure of a sample electric vehicle in the test run,the failure reason is analyzed by finite element method according to its failure mode.Through static strength calculation,modal analysis,rotor dynamics analysis and other work,it is evaluated that the breaking failure reason may be the torsional resonance and bending resonance caused by motor speed overspeed rather than the structural design or parts quality.Based on the analysis results,the control strategy to prevent overspeed is added into the motor control software,and no such failure occurs in the subsequent reliability test and after-sales market.
