车用发动机连杆强度分析与结构改进

摘    要:对某发动机连杆进行有限元强度分析,发现在其大端盖倒圆角处存在危险点,后经台架试验认证,发现断口位置与计算结果相吻合。阐述连杆结构强度分析的方法,重点论述了轴瓦过盈量、螺栓预紧力及大端盖倒圆角半径对强度的影响,并在此基础上对结构设计提出了改进建议。改进后,该连杆通过了认证试验。

Abstract:A strength analysis model with FEA method was established for engine connecting rod.The broken area found in physical test recurred in the analysis model.In this paper,the strength analysis method was presented first.Further,some factors influencing connecting rod strength was discussed,including bearing interference,bolt pretension load and fillet radius.Based on the analysis conclusion,structure improved proposal was brought forward and finally passed physical test successfully.
