高度严寒地区建筑结构越冬期维护技术研究与实践

摘    要:文章阐述了地下水位较高、土质情况复杂的高度严寒地区地下室及主体结构、机械设备、材料等越冬期维护技术,并结合工程现场实际情况采取保温材料覆盖、局部加热等措施,保证建筑结构免受冻害的影响,防止地基基础强冻造成冻胀破坏,对建筑结构越冬期维护提供参考。

Abstract:This article expounds the technology to maintain the basement, main structure, mechanical equip- ment as well as material in extremely cold areas with a high level of underground water and complex earthiness. In addition, combined with the situation of the building site, it puts forwards such measures to protect the struc- ture from frost damage and the foundation from frost swelling as covering with heat preservation material and lo- calized heating.
