ECU控制性能的动态试验研究

摘    要:介绍了柴油机动态试验系统的总体设计方案和ECU对发动机控制的工作原理,并针对ECU在动态试验中的控制性能进行了研究。分析了ECU在静态特性试验、台阶响应特性试验和50%/s斜坡响应特性试验中的控制性能。结果表明,ECU在不同的动态试验中控制响应的时间不同,而且在不同的动态试验中出现了不同程度的缓冲。通过进一步研究发现,60%~100%之间油门变化的速度是影响ECU控制扭矩上升的主要因素。

Abstract:The whole designing scheme of dynamic test system was introduced,the working principle of ECU in diesel engine was explained,and the controlling performance of ECU in the dynamic test was analyzed and researched.The controlling performance of ECU in static characteristic test,step response test and slope response test with a gradient of 50%/s was in detail analyzed.The results show that there are different controlling response time and different-leveled jumps in different dynamic test.It is also found in the test that the throttle change between 60% and 100% is an important factor for ECU to control load-ascending.
