摘    要:采用正交实验法对喷水推进器进行参数优化设计,以推力作为评价指标,基于信噪比的概念,分析了转子叶片数、定子叶片数以及定子安装角度对喷水推进器参数的影响。结果表明:定子叶片数在影响因素中的贡献度较低,转子叶片数与定子安装角度有着较强的交互作用,且呈负相关关系,当转子叶片数较多时,流体轴向速度较大,因此定子安装角度不宜过大。通过正交实验与非线性理论模型的构建,基于自适应粒子群算法寻优,得出最佳化参数组合为转子叶片4片、定子叶片数为5片以及定子安装角度为10度,优化结果经类比实验性能测试,效果较佳。

Optimum Design of Water-jet Propeller Parameters Based on Orthogonal Experiments

Abstract:Optimum design of water-jet propeller parameters by orthogonal experiment method is carried out. And based on concept of signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), the influence of rotor blade number, stator blade number and stator installation angle of water-jet propeller is analyzed. The results show that: The number of stator blades contributes less to the influencing factors, and there is a strong interaction between the number of rotor blades and the angle of stator installation, and there is a negative correlation between the number of rotor blades and the angle of stator installation. When the number of rotor blades is large, the axial velocity of the fluid is larger, so the stator installation angle should not be too large. Through the orthogonal experiment and construction of non-linear theoretical model, based on the adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm, the optimal parameter combination are 4 blades of the rotor, 5 blades of the stator and 10 degrees of the stator installation angle, and through analogy experiment performance test shows that the effect is better.
