| Abstract: | In allusion to the status and existing problems of rural highway construction and maintenance in China, the paper points out the significance of rural highway construction and maintenance, and proposes the measures for improving the management of rural highway construction and maintenance from two aspects： setting up construction and maintenance management system, advancing the management on construction and maintenance capital. |
