| Abstract: | Combining with the practical experience, the paper discusses the issues of engineering change in preparation stage, implementation stage and completion stage of construction project, and introduces the application of engineering change in project management from the aspects of the prospective property of engineering change item, the familiarity of engineering change document, the operability and controllability of implementing the engineering change and the timeliness of sign identification. |
