摘    要:该机构的特别之处在于加载过程和卸载过程中,摩擦副的角度是变量,因而力的放大倍数亦在加载开始时较大,加载结束时较小。只要选择适当的设计参数,就可以使加载曲线急剧上升之后再缓慢上升。这样可以有效提高缓冲效率,并且可以按照需要灵活地设计缓冲器的初压力。

Abstract:It is the mechanism characteristics that the friction angle is variable in loading or unloading procedure.The magnification of resistance force is bigger at inception than that at terminal point in loading procedure.If design parameters are selected appropriately, the buffer loading curve can rise rapidly in inception and tardily in the end.Therefore, the buffer efficiency can be increased and the initial force can be designed easily.
