| 摘 要： | 随着软件规模和复杂度的日益增大,软件维护已成为软件生命周期中费用最高、难度最大的一个阶段。为提高软件的可维护性,减少软件维护的费用,保证软件维护的顺利实施,设计并实现了一个基于三类过程控制（开发过程、管理过程和维护过程）的软件维护保障平台,重点介绍了平台的设计目标、设计思想和体系结构。
