| 摘 要： | 上海轨道交通1号线上海南站站于2004年顺利整体入地搬迁。介绍了上海南站站工程改造的概况、施工特点,以及上海南站站第一轮驳接和第二轮驳接的施工次序;并以上海南站站至锦江乐园站区段的临时正线下行线为例,阐述其施工驳接前后的运营组织方案。阐述了上海南站站改造工程的运营组织特点及运营经验。

| Abstract: | Shanghai South Railway Station of Metro Line 1 was moved entirely in 2004. This paper introduces the general situation and construction characteristic of this engineering,as well as the construction orders during the first and the second interface switching. Taking the case of temporary down-line from Shanghai South Railway Station to Jinjiang Park Station as an example, the paper discusses the operation organization schemes before and after the switch,and comes to the conclusion that the operation organization during the rebuilding project has accumulated useful experiences for major reforming projects. |
