摘    要:通过自行研制的桥梁桩基钢筋笼加工模具与简单的施工机具,对钢筋笼的制作与安装的各个工序进行优化,提高了钢筋笼加工与安装精度,满足现场文明施工要求,节省了施工成本和提高施工质量,同时加快了施工进度。

Abstract:Reinforcing cage processing mold and simple construction machine and tools,which are self-developed for bridge foundation,are used to optimize every procedure of steel bar making and installation.This method increases the accuracy of reinforcing cage processing and installation,meets the requirements of on-site civilized construction,saves construction cost,improves construction quality,and speeds up construction at the same time.
