| 摘 要： | 为满足STCW78/95公约的要求,适应国际航运市场对人才结构的需求,培养创新型高级航海人才,本文通过对当前航海实验教学现状的剖析,提出了改革航海院校实验教学、提高学生创新能力的方法以及改进实验室管理的具体措施。
