摘    要:基于针入度的沥青结合料选择方法,无法与沥青路面的路用性能建立直接关系,为了科学合理地选择沥青结合料,收集分析河南省10个典型地区20年的气象资料,分析比较Superpave和LTPP两种路面设计温度换算公式的计算结果,采用4℃性能等级分级量度,计算确定河南省典型地区的沥青结合料性能等级要求;在此基础上,提出基于性能等级适用河南气温的沥青结合料优化选择方法。研究结果有利于河南省高速公路沥青结合料优化选择。

Study on Optimization Selection Method for Asphalt Binder Applicable to Air Temperature in Henan Based on Performance Level

Abstract:The selection method for asphalt binder based on penetration cannot establish direct relationship with the performance of asphalt pavement. In order to select asphalt binder scientifically and properly, the meteorological data for 20 years in 10 typical areas in Henan province were collected, and then the calculation results from the Superpave and LTPP conversion formula of pavement design temperature were analyzed. With 4~C performance rating measurement, the requirement of asphalt binder's performance level in the typical areas in Henan was specified by calculation, depending on which the optimization selection method for asphalt binder applicable to the air temperature in Henan and based on the performance level was proposed. The study result is useful for optimization selection of asphalt binder for highways in Henan.
