| 摘 要： | 本文根据“国八条”与“国六条”出台后房地产市场面临的新形势,简要分析了甘肃房地产市场的特殊性及突出问题,探讨了甘肃房地产市场建设的基本对策,并围绕如何正确认识住房供应结构的合理体系、经济适用房建设与廉租房制度建设、“90平米以下”住房建设以及高端产品(豪宅)建设等当前房地产界普遍关注的问题提出了相关观点。

| Abstract: | Based on new situation of real estate market after new policies,this text analyses the particularity and key problems of Gansu real estate market,explores the basic countermeasures how to construct Gansu real estate market,and puts forward relevant views about generally concerned questions of present real estate circle,such as how to know reasonable structure of housing supply system correctly,construction of the economic and functional house and low-price-rented house system,"under 90 Square meters" housing construction,and advanced products(luxurious house),etc. |
