三轮摩托车机械制动系统操纵机构的研究与分析

摘    要:大部分三轮摩托车与三轮电动车机械制动系统基本相同,大都由制动踏板、制动拉杆、制动分配轴及制动摇臂等组成,虽然大都能满足制动性能的需要,但操作舒适性较差,均有制动踏板硬的感觉。针对这一问题,从制动摇臂的长度、制动摇臂与制动拉杆的夹角、被动摇臂的角度位置、制动分配轴的转动角度和制动分配轴支撑点位置的选择这5个方面进行分析,以探讨对操纵机构的影响因素,为三轮车设计人员提供理论依据。

Abstract:Most three wheel motorcycles adopt mechanical braking system similar to electric three-wheel motor vehicles. The system composes of the braking pedal, braking bar, braking-force distribution device, and braking rocker arm etc.. It has the disadvantage of difficult operating. This paper introduces the analysis and solution to this problem, concerning the length of rocking arm, the intersection angle between rocker arm and bar, the angle of passive rocker arm, the rotation angle of braking-force distribution device.
