| 摘 要： | 随着摩托车技术的不断进步和用户对驾驶安全的日益重视,前后轮联合制动系统已开始批量应用于国内中小排量摩托车上。通过解析本田BREEZE摩托车的CBS装置,并就其设计思路进行剖析,绘制出了前后制动力分配曲线,推导出后鼓式制动联动前盘式制动型CBS的设计基本原则,相对于ABS来说,CBS具有明显的成本优势,在小排量摩托车上使用具有实用和推广价值。

| Abstract: | With the technology advancement and more attention paid to safety driving. The front-rear wheel united braking systems have been widely used on motorcycles in home. This paper introduces the CBS installed on Honda BREEZE motorcycle-such as the design solution, and power distribution curve etc.. Comparing with ABS, CBS has significant advantage on cost for the small-displacement motorcycle. |
