| 摘 要： | 就生源质量下降、课堂教学秩序不理想以及学术实践活动偏少等轮机工程硕士研究生教学现状,探索了硕士研究生教学质量保障体系的涵义、本质属性、构建及功能,提出严控招生确保生源质量、加强硕导培训和遴选、强化学术与实践活动以及大力推广Seminar教学方法等措施。

| Abstract: | Abstract： Based on the current situation of poorer quality of graduate, messier order of teaching, fewer academic and prac- tical activities and so on in the postgraduate teaching of marine engineering, the definitions, properties, structures and functions in the teaching quality assurance system for postgraduate teaching were discussed. Some methods or measures were put forward to ensure teaching quality of postgraduate, such as recruiting strictly to ensure better quality of graduate, enhancing training and selecting of the supervisors, and spreading the Seminar teaching vigorously. |
