| Abstract: | Starting with design and construction, only when the demand of perspective developing of cement concrete pavement is forecasted correctly and estimated comprehensively, the pavement structure is ascertained reasonably, the construction quality is assured, the daily maintenance and management is strengthened, can the good pavement capacity be brought into play, can the using life and construction period be prolonged, and can the social service level and economy benefit be improved at the most degree. |
